ನಿವೃತ್ತನಾಗಿರುವ ಏಕಾಂಗಿ ವೃದ್ಧನೊಬ್ಬ ತನ್ನದೇ ಆದ ಮೌನದ ಪುಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಪಂಚದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಅನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತವಾಗಿ ಬರುವ ರಾಂಗ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಫೋನ್ ಕರೆ ಅವನ ಏಕಾಂತತೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದೊಂದು ಫೋನ್ ಕರೆ ಯುವ ದಂಪತಿಯ ಬಾಳಿಗೆ, ವೃದ್ಧನಿಗೆ ತೆರೆದ ಕಿಟಕಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದೊಂದು ಕಾಣದ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ. ಆದರೆ ಆತ ಅದರ ಅರಿವಿಲ್ಲದ ವೀಕ್ಷಕ. ತನ್ನ ಕುತೂಹಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ಯುವ ದಂಪತಿಯ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಆಗುಹೋಗುಗಳಿಗೆ ಸ್ಪಂದಿಸುವ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಒಂದಾಗುವ ಸೆಳೆತಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.

Samik Roy Choudhury

Samik Roy Choudhury, born on August 30, 1983, in Kolkata, is an Indian Bengali filmmaker. He began his career as a visual effects artist, contributing to films like THE MUMMY: TOMB OF THE DRAGON EMPEROR (2008) and NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM: BATTLE OF THE SMITHSONIAN (2009). Transitioning to independent filmmaking, he directed D MAJOR (2016). He has also created notable short films, including OKIAGARI (2021). In 2023, he made his acting debut in ASAMPURNA. BELINE is his recent movie.
