An elderly couple have to decide on one single night, who among them would go into the forest and get killed by the tiger so that their family can survive on the government compensation they get.

ಒಂದು ರಾತ್ರಿ, ವೃದ್ಧ ದಂಪತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಟ್ಟ ಕಾಡಿಗೆ ಹೋಗಿ ಹುಲಿಯ ಬಾಯಿಗೆ ಸಿಲುಕಿ ಸಾಯುವವರಾರು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸುವ ಸಮಯ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಹುಲಿ ದಾಳಿಯಿಂದ ಸತ್ತ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಯ ಕುಟುಂಬಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡುವ ಪರಿಹಾರದ ಹಣದಿಂದ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸಾಗಬಹುದಾಗಿ ಈ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ.

Siddhartha Jatla is a cinematography graduate of FTII and son of Director Jatla Venkataswami Naidu. His debut film, LOVE AND SHUKLA, inspired by the invisible struggle for privacy amongst India’s urban lower middle class, premiered at Busan IFF, and shown in Shanghai IFF, Tallinn Black Nights, Palm Springs IFF, and 40+ festivals around the world before being sold to NETFLIX. The film won the prestigious NETPAC award, opened the Black Movie Festival in Switzerland, and was featured in BBC's critic's entry by FIPRESCI critic Tolomushova for 100 Greatest Foreign Language Films of all time.
