Follows a young woman who marries her wealthy boss, seeking stability in life. However, her past resurfaces when her former lover, now a fugitive from the police, confronts her. He accuses her of abandoning her youthful ideals for financial security. As she grapples with her past choices and present reality, the film delves into the conflicts between love, morality, and survival.
