MAYA MIRIGA THE MIRAGE NIRAD MOHAPATRA

In this quiet drama about a large, loving family, parents who value education for their children must endure the loneliness of an empty house. The story begins with a retired schoolteacher and his wife living with their four grown sons and one daughter. The eldest son, a teacher, is expecting a baby with his wife. The youngest son, a student in New Delhi, has a wife who defies tradition by living with her own family instead of her in-laws. After the youngest son graduates and moves to New Delhi with his wife, the parents must adjust to life without their children. This heartfelt tale explores how tradition, family bonds, and generational shifts shape their lives.
